More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.

Further images released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
